• Vaccination certificates must be presented at check- in. we cannot accept any cat without an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
  • Vaccinations required for cats; Infectious Feline Enteritis, Feline Respiratory Disease and Feline Panleukopenia.
  • We require 14 days post the primary vaccinations/ restarting vaccinations before boarding.

• Cats are to be in good health and condition upon arrival or we reserve the right to refuse boarding. They should be up to date with worming and flea treatment. Please discuss medical requirements at the time of booking.

• We do not board entire male cats. Any males over 6 months old will need to be castrated.

• For hygiene reasons, grooming equipment and toys should be provided by owners if needed.

• We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellation and reserve the right to charge up to the full amount if this is not given, all days booked are chargeable, unless previously agreed.

• All days booked will be charged – including day of arrival and day of departure.

• A non- refundable/ non- transferable deposit is required to secure every booking. The deposit required is variable dependant on the time of year and may be higher for a first booking. Balance of payment is due on arrival. We accept cash, BAC’s, or card payments.

• Double rates are charged on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. Reception is closed on these days.

• We reserve the right to re-home any cat that has not been collected within 14 days of the stated departure date, after efforts have been made to contact the owner with no response.

• In the unlikely event that your cat becomes unwell during their stay with us, they will be treated by our vet. This cost should be covered by our boarding insurance (up to the policy maximum) unless it is a pre-existing condition. Anything not covered by our insurance will be the client’s responsibility and charged at the time of collection.

• Any pictures taken during your cat’s stay may be used on our social media pages, website or used for other promotions, unless you advise us that you would prefer us not to use the images.

• All cats must arrive/depart in a secure carrier, which is to be left for the duration of their stay.

All prices and charges are subject to an annual review and may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion. Price reviews will take place on 1 March each year. Any revised prices will apply from that date and will affect both new and existing bookings.
