My 14 week old puppy stayed for a night (unbeknown to me, my husband & daughter had organised a surprise birthday meal for me) As soon as I found out it put my mind at rest knowing he was at Lillyview as a couple of friends dogs use it. I didn’t know what to expect when we picked him up as he’s so young & very clingy. I was worried he might be subdued and hoarse from crying so much but he was fine. He had cried apparently but he does that anyway if we leave a room he’s in. Not traumatized and obvious that he’d been well looked after as he came to say hello then went back to jumping all over the member of staff that took us to his room.

Absolutely love the guys here , so friendly and helpful and would not leave my little boy Archie anywhere else , I worry when I leave him only because he is like a baby but the guys at Lillyview put my mind at rest by sending me an update and uploading pictures

I’d never used a Cattery before and was really anxious about putting my fairly elderly cat in one, but on this occasion I didn’t have a choice. By a stroke of luck, Lillyview were able to have Mable at short notice and when I looked around before her stay I felt reassured by seeing how happy the other cats looked, how calm, airy and clean it is. They were happy to use Mable’s own food and to have things from home in her room. The staff were friendly and very patient with my many calls to see how she was, and spent time giving her cuddles which was appreciated. They also allow cats to hide behind things in their room which I think is really important. I’d read all sorts of horror stories about cats coming home in an awful state from catteries, but Mable came home clean and fed and has settled back in fine. A huge thank you to Lillyview. Will definitely be booking in again!

Can’t say enough good things … our last beautiful boy spent many a happy time here until he left us in January this year … now our new baby will be taking his space on the bed at Lillyview and it’s the only place we would leave her comfortably. So glad to have found them 3 years ago

I have used many kennels over the years and I can honestly say that my two dogs love going to Lillyview. They know when they are going and they actually become excited about it! Lillyview provides an excellent, caring service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If my spoilt, opinionated Jack Russell loves them, I am sure every other dog will too.
