When can I drop off and collect my cats?
You can check- in and collect your animal any time WITHIN our opening hours.
Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 11:30 & 15:00 – 17:00 Sunday and Bank Holidays 09:00 – 11:30
Please be aware that we do not have an option for out of hours check -in/out.
What makes you qualified to look after my pet?
We are licensed by our local authority to provide professional care for both cats and dogs. We know how scary it can be to leave your pet in the hands of total strangers, that’s why we give every pet who stays with us the upmost love and care (as we would our own pets)
What if my cat is on medication?
We are happy to give medication, as per your instructions in most cases. Please mention at the time of booking to confirm we can cater for their requirements. There is no extra charge for giving medication.
Have you amend your terms and conditions due to Covid-19?
We are working to our normal terms and conditions. The only exception to this is if we were required to close due to government measures.
Have Procedures Changed due to Covid-19?
In line with Government guide lines we a currently operating a contactless drop off and collecting for all animals.
At this time there is no admission to the building for clients. Clients will be contact prior to arrival for full procedure.
Do you charge extra for a Christmas stay?
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New years day are charged as double time and no collections or departures are allowed on these days.
Do I need an appointment to view
Viewing can do done at any time during our opening hours, we ask that that an indication of arrival is given so we can make sure your not waiting.
Can I cancel my booking at any time?
We require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations and reserve the right to charge up to the full amount if this is not given. All days booked are chargeable, unless previously agreed
